Our Story
We built ND Method because we lived it.
As sisters, we spent years bouncing between burnout and perfectionism obsessing over food, trying to outwork guilt, and constantly chasing results we couldn’t maintain. We were doing everything “right,” and still feeling stuck.
So we stopped looking for another plan, and started creating a system. ND Method was born from personal experience, professional expertise, research and a deep belief that women deserve more than quick fixes and empty promises. We turned our struggles into a structured approach that helps women get strong not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

1. Jaya Nichol-Ducharme
Jaya is a strength coach and systems thinker who brings structure to transformation. With a background in design, bodybuilding, and behaviour change, she helps women build their best physiques, confidence and consistency through actionable steps not perfection. Jaya believes that strength training teaches life skills, and that discipline is one of the highest forms of self-respect. She’s here to help you create lasting change by turning fitness into a sustainable part of your lifestyle.
2. Hazel Nichol-Ducharme
Hazel is a certified personal trainer and mindset-focused coach who specializes in helping busy women achieve real, lasting results. With a background in dance, body building, fat loss, injury rehabilitation and corrective exercise, she takes a smart, personalized approach to strength training so clients feel better, move better, and build strength safely.
